Dewz Restaurant specializes in new American cuisine with great influences from France and Asia. From the outstanding recipes of executive chef Vincent Alvarado, and the great ideas of Judy and Scott Aspesi, Dewz has become a well known dining place in the Central Valley. It has a great bar and two main dining rooms serving good fresh food in ample portions. The wine list at Dewz is the real highlight: the selection from around the world is outstanding, with regions from all over the world well represented, which is a real bonus for a casual place like this.
