Originally hailing from Kansas City, Charlie Hood has always enjoyed the unique KC style barbecue. This life-long love inspired her husband, WV-native Tom Hood, to travel to Kansas City and train under the Baron of Barbecue, Paul Kirk. Now an officially recognized Pit Master, Tom and Charlie have opened Charlie’s Kansas City Smoked BBQ, a customized mobile kitchen.
