Adam is from ๐ฒ๐พ. He has been a chef since 2001 and qualified a cookery certification in Wellington in 2010. He started his food stand business in the market since 2015. His noodles dishes are originally from Malaysia and Singapore, locally called 'Char Kuey Teow' (Stir-fried broad rice noodles). This popular noodles dish is considered a national favourite in Singapore and Malaysia.
Adam's version is a combination of ๐ณ๐ฟNew Zealand made wheat noodles and ๐น๐ญThailand rice noodles, it gives you different texture from the original and taste even better!
