Fox-Tail Cider comes with a long history of family farming in Oregon. It all started in the late 1800's with a German immigrant who planted apple trees to export apples back to Europe.
August Paasch created the Paasch packing label for domestic and export. He continued farming with his sons into the 20th century.
Every fall August would crush up a few barrels of raw squeezed apple cider and let it naturally ferment. He was always a big hit when he'd bring the barrels back out for the New Years Eve party that following winter.

The rugged terrain of China was shaped by great rivers. The Yangtze River, which falls over 16,000 feet from its source in the high mountains of Tibet, cuts through Szechuan Province as it flows toward the East China Sea at Shanghai. Summer Time - We have a large patio available at for rehearsal dinners, or large gatherings we will be able to accommodate. Parties of 20 or more we can do private menu of your choice. $150 surcharge for patio reservation.
Winter Time - While our outdoor seating is unavailable, our kitchen is more than capable to cater large groups. Delivery Charge will vary depending on location. Serving is available just speak to Carlos Quezada Sr.
