Jonny Blonde Kitchen is the new base for Chef Jonny Blonde's catering and food truck. He creates his growing niche on the Hamilton food scene with bold inspirations and innovative twists on classic favourites. All his food is home-made, using only premium locally-raised meat and seasonal produce; butchering his own meat, picking produce from local farms, making his own breads and creating all of his sauces from scratch.
In 2013 Jonny and his business partner Layal began their business with the Jonny Blonde food truck. Since then, they can be found supporting festivals, corporate events and even catering weddings with their mission to spread the love of delicious, inspired, farm-fresh food.
