Christian Hawx visited many places around the country searching for that perfect burger that we all seek; However, he realized it was always missing something. Giving it a thorough thought, he began to craft it himself instead. He spent over a year carefully crafting different creations using a variety of spices, flavors, and styles. He narrowed it down, to perfection. He experienced a taste like no other. So after careful thought and consideration, he decided to share this taste with you - handcrafted burgers. With the support of his family behind him, Hawx Burger Bar and Electro Lounge was born. Christian's perfect burger starts with fresh ingredients, in-house grinding of Angus Chuck beef, slicing cheese off the block, slicing the ham off the bone, using freshly baked artisan buns, hand-cutting fries and using thick-cut bacon, and creating house-made sauces and aiolis. His appetizers are no exception - fresh wings with delicious sauces and house-made Blue Moon beer batter used for jalapeño poppers, fried pickles, and onion rings. Fries are deliciously sauteed with white truffle oil, using parsley and then topped with finely grated asiago cheese. If this doesn't make your mouth watery, I'm not sure what does.
