The owners of Panchito’s, Roy and Evelyn Reyes, opened their first restaurant in 1980 on the Southwest side of San Antonio. With hard work and dedication, the two successfully developed Panchito’s into what it is today.
Evelyn’s parents, Frank and Lupe Sepulveda, helped the two get the business off and running. And, throughout the years, Roy’s parents, Santos and Aurora Reyes, have been very helpful and supportive with their business ventures.
