Perla is located in a dramatic seashell surrounded by a reflecting pool that was designed by internationally-renowned architect Mario Salvadori. The structure is a marvel of engineering and architecture. Designed by Jorge Rossello, the interior is elegantly appointed with luxurious furnishings and exotic materials. We have eight hand blown Murano glass lamps to illuminate the shell shaped ceiling. It is a very unique place to celebrate weddings, birthdays or to host a business breakfast or lunch.
At Perla, we have a wine cellar that contains 4,000 bottles with over 1,000 labels. We also have a wines by the glass program with 30 wines offered; all climate controlled in enomatic wine preservation displays. We are committed to serving the finest ingredients and inspired by the seasons, Executive Chef Dayn Smith cooks from the heart, with a blend of bold and refined flavors and presentations.
