Pericos Mexican Cuisine was derived from Panchito’s Mexican Restaurants. The owners of Panchito’s, Roy and Evelyn Reyes, opened their first restaurant in 1980 on the Southwest side of San Antonio. With hard work and dedication, the two successfully developed Panchito’s into what it is today.
