Hidden on the ground floor of Sampoerna Strategic’s North Tower sits Iseya Robatayaki, where skillful chefs prepare the freshest meat, seafood and hand-picked vegetables on a sizzling hot grill. Iseya has its seafood flown in from Tokyo’s famous Tsukiji fish market twice a week, giving it more than just a touch of authenticity.

One of the most impressive aspects of Iseya is the hospitality. As Jakarta becomes more of a global city, customers from both Jakarta and abroad are beginning to put more emphasis on customer service. And Iseya offers something rarely seen in Jakarta — an endearing staff, both well-educated and intent on creating an atmosphere where customers feel not only comfortable but in control.

Each component of Iseya chef Asano’s specialty dishes has been carefully considered, and the menu consists of a strong selection of fresh seafood.

Meanwhile, the fresh vegetables, essential to robatayaki, are hand-picked in Japan and flown in as well, in an effort to bring customers the freshest and most authentic tastes from Japan as possible.
